As William says that the best recreation is to do good i totally agree with him to do good is not just choosing the right is allowing yourself to be good with your self and too have a clear conscious of all bad things. to do good is to be good! if you were bad then recreate yourself and do good it'll be the best recreation you'll you have... doing good feeds your soul in a way it makes you feel good and pure because your doing good.
